Return and Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and issued for purchases made through the My Real Profit Inc. website located at myrealprofit.com (the “Website”). By creating an Account, starting a Trial, or purchasing a Subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described in this Policy.

Definitions

“Website” means myrealprofit.com, including the My Real Profit online platform, dashboard, customer portal, and any related digital interfaces through which the Services are accessed.

“Account” means a registered user profile created by the Customer in order to access, manage, and use the Services through the Website.

“Trial” means a temporary, limited-duration access to the Services offered at no cost or reduced cost, intended for evaluation purposes only.

“Services” means analytics, reporting, subscription features, and any other functionality offered by My Real Profit Inc. through the Website.

“Customer” / “Client” / “You” means any individual or business entity legally subscribing to or using the Services.

“Subscription” means a paid, recurring service plan that grants You access to the Services through the Website.

“Annual Subscription” / “Prepaid Annual Subscription” means a Subscription covering a 12‑month commitment period, paid upfront as a single, non‑recurring charge that provides access to the Services for the entire annual term.

“Charge Date” means the calendar date on which a subscription fee or renewal payment is processed, either automatically through the Website or via direct annual bank transfer payment.

“Service Outage” means a verified, extended technical disruption that materially prevents access to the core Services and affects a significant portion of Customers.

“Chargeback” means a payment reversal initiated by the Customer through their bank, card issuer, or payment processor.

Scope

This Policy applies to payments made directly to My Real Profit Inc. via:

The Website (card or other payment methods processed through the Website)

Direct bank/ACH transfers to the My Real Profit Inc. account (e.g., prepaid annual invoiced payments)

Automatic Renewals

Certain Subscriptions may renew automatically using the Payment Method you voluntarily added to your Account. If your Subscription is set to auto-renew, you may cancel it at any time prior to the next Charge Date. Cancelling an auto-renewing Subscription prevents future charges but does not trigger a refund.

Eligibility

Refunds may be requested only when all of the following conditions are met:

  • The request relates to the most recent Charge Date.

  • You have an active paid Subscription at the time of the request.

  • The refund request is submitted within the timeframe set out in Timeframe for Refund Requests.

Refunds are not available for:

  • expired subscriptions

  • previously cancelled accounts

  • unused subscription time

  • promotional or discounted purchases

  • trial periods (paid or free)

  • enterprise invoicing arrangements (unless required by law)

Prepaid Annual Subscriptions follow the same 7‑day window. After seven (7) days, annual payments become fully non‑refundable.

Taxes, Fees & Non-Refundable Charges

  • All prices listed for the Services are exclusive of taxes. We charge only the base subscription price.

  • Any taxes, VAT, GST, or government-imposed fees applied by your jurisdiction or payment provider are paid directly by you and are non-refundable, as these amounts are not collected by My Real Profit Inc.

  • Any currency conversion fees, intermediary bank fees, or transaction charges applied by your payment provider are outside our control and are non-refundable.

  • Taxes, VAT, GST, or other government‑imposed fees are non‑refundable.

Timeframe for Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the Charge Date. Requests submitted after this period will not be processed unless required by applicable law.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] from the email associated with your Account and include:

  • Full name and company (if applicable)

  • Registered account email

  • Invoice/receipt ID or Charge Date

  • Payment method (card or bank transfer)

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Additional information may be requested to verify the payment.

Review & Processing Time

  • Refund requests are reviewed within up to 3 business days.

  • You will be notified by email once a decision is made.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed immediately.

Refund arrival time depends on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days). Bank‑transfer refunds may require additional verification.

Refund Method

If a refund is approved:

  • Website payments are refunded to the original payment method.

  • Bank‑transfer payments are refunded to the same bank account used for the original payment (or another verified account belonging to the same payer, if legally permissible).

Refunds cannot be issued to third‑party or unrelated accounts. My Real Profit Inc. does not charge internal fees for issuing refunds.

Non-Refundable Cases

Prepaid Annual Subscriptions

  • Prepaid Annual Subscriptions are non‑refundable after seven (7) calendar days.

  • These subscriptions represent a discounted annual commitment and are not eligible for prorated or mid‑term refunds.

Unused Time

No refunds will be issued for unused subscription time or unused access to the Services.

Plan Downgrades

Downgrading your Subscription does not result in a refund or credit.

Failure to Use the Services

Refunds are not provided if You did not access, use, or configure the Services.

Promotional or Discounted Purchases

All promotional or discounted purchases are final.

No Partial Refunds or Credits

We do not provide prorated refunds or account credits for partial billing periods, downgrades, or unused time.

Exception for Technical Issues Outside Customer Control

Refunds are generally not provided except as required by law. However, My Real Profit Inc. may consider a refund in the event of a verified, extended Service Outage that:

  • materially prevented access to the core Services, and

  • affected a significant portion of Customers.

Any such refund, if granted, applies only to the period during which the Service Outage occurred and remains at the sole discretion of My Real Profit Inc.

Fraud, Abuse & Excessive Requests

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we detect fraudulent activity, abuse of refund requests, or repeated refund attempts inconsistent with normal use of the Services.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated:

  • Account access may be suspended during the investigation.

  • Chargeback attempts may void eligibility for refunds under this Policy.

Custom Agreements

Any Custom Agreement executed between My Real Profit Inc. and the Customer may override this Refund Policy, as such agreements may include custom billing, payment, or refund terms that take precedence over the standard policy.

Cancellations

Canceling your Subscription stops future charges but does not trigger a refund. Access remains active until the end of your current billing period.

Compliance With Applicable Laws

Certain jurisdictions may grant Customer additional rights regarding refunds, cancellations, or consumer protection. Where such rights apply, applicable local laws may override parts of this Policy.

Relation to Terms and Conditions

This Refund Policy forms part of and is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the Website with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
